  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 50 g olive slices
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • 450 g pizza dough
  • 240 ml pizza sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
Step 2
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
Step 3
Press each dough square into the muffin tin cups, ensuring the dough covers the sides.
Step 4
Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough-lined cup.
Step 5
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Step 6
Place 2 pepperoni slices in each cup, then add diced bell pepper and olive slices.
Step 7
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over each cup.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Step 9
Allow the pizza cupcakes to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
