  • 240 g brown rice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g shrimp

Directions

Step 1
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
