A simple and quick recipe to make tangy and crunchy pickled radishes. Perfect for adding a zesty kick to your salads, sandwiches, or as a standalone snack.

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 g peppercorns
  • 450 g radishes
  • 15 g salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 240 ml water
  • 240 ml white vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Slice the radishes thinly and place them in a clean jar.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, combine the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
Step 3
Remove the saucepan from heat and add the garlic cloves.
Step 4
Pour the hot liquid over the radishes in the jar, making sure they are fully submerged.
Step 5
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
