  • 290 g coconut flakes
  • 960 g confectioners' sugar
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 30 g ground cinnamon
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.

Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Step 3
Gradually add the confectioners' sugar, beating until thoroughly combined.

Stir in the coconut flakes until the mixture is well blended.

Shape the mixture into small potato-shaped pieces.

Roll each piece in ground cinnamon to coat thoroughly.
Step 7
Place the candies on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
