Step 1
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag and pour the soy sauce mixture over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Remove chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish. Discard the marinade.
