Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Butter four ramekins or small baking dishes with the tablespoon of butter.

Crack one egg into each ramekin.

Pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream over each egg.

Sprinkle each egg with 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.

Season each egg with salt and pepper.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny.
