  • 1 aji amarillo
  • 20 g cilantro
  • 500 g fresh fish fillets
  • 240 ml lime juice
  • 2 g pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Cut the fish into small cubes and place them in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the lime juice to the bowl, ensuring all the fish pieces are submerged.
Step 3
Let the fish marinate in the lime juice for about 15 minutes, or until the fish turns opaque.
Step 4
Add the thinly sliced red onion, chopped cilantro, and finely chopped aji amarillo to the bowl.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and mix well to combine all ingredients.
Step 6
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for an additional 10-15 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
