Ingredients

  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 2 green onions
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 240 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 grams sliced black olives
  • 240 grams sour cream
  • 30 grams taco seasoning
  • 200 grams tortilla chips
  • 120 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a baking dish, spread a layer of tortilla chips.
Step 5
Top the chips with the seasoned ground beef mixture.
Step 6
Spread sour cream over the beef mixture.
Step 7
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the sour cream.
Step 8
Add diced tomatoes and sliced black olives on top of the cheese.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 10
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Step 11
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
