  • 3 carrots
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5 kg pork roast
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork roast on all sides until browned.

Transfer the pork roast to the slow cooker.

Add the garlic, onion, carrots, and potatoes to the slow cooker.

Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables and pork roast.

Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary over the top.
