  • 2 eggs
  • 360 ml evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 pie crust
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin, sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
