Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and brown for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the potato wedges and cook until they are golden brown on all sides.

Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
