Crispy and golden on the outside, these toasted ravioli are a delicious appetizer or snack. Originating from St. Louis, they are breaded, fried, and served with marinara sauce for dipping.
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Step 3
Dredge the ravioli in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 4
Heat oil in a large saucepan to 180°C (350°F).
Step 5
Fry the ravioli in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 6
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Step 7
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
