Directions
Step 1
Remove the stems and seeds from the dried chili peppers.

Grind the chili peppers in a spice grinder or blender until finely ground.

In a bowl, combine the ground chili peppers with the paprika, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, fenugreek seeds, cardamom, black pepper, coriander, nutmeg, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
