Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix together the corn kernels, milk, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the breadcrumbs until they are well coated.

Pour the corn mixture into a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the corn mixture.
