  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.

Brown the pork chops in the skillet, about 2-3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
