  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 jalapeños
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 450 g sausage

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
Step 3
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Fill each jalapeño half with the sausage and cheese mixture.
Step 6
Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the filling is bubbly and golden.
