  • 500 grams carrots
  • 4 sprigs dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 grams salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml white vinegar

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar and salt.
Step 2
Place the carrot sticks, garlic, and dill sprigs into a clean jar.
Step 3
Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the carrots, making sure they are fully submerged.
