Deliciously seasoned Greek-style potatoes that make a perfect side dish. These potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, infused with flavors of lemon, garlic, and oregano.

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 900 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated with the mixture.
Step 5
Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish, making sure they are in a single layer.
Step 6
Pour the chicken broth into the baking dish, around the potatoes.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your Greek-style potatoes!
