Ingredients

  • 50 g black olives
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 50 g green onions
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 1 pack taco seasoning mix
  • 200 g tortilla chips
  • 120 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 3
Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir and cook according to the seasoning mix instructions.
Step 4
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips.
Step 5
Spread the seasoned ground beef mixture over the chips.
Step 6
Spread sour cream over the meat mixture.
Step 7
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, green onions, and black olives.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 9
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
