  • 1 egg
  • 240 ml milk
  • 120 grams mini chocolate chips
  • 1 grams salt
  • 25 grams sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 15 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 3
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 4
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
