Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Thai chili peppers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and Thai chili peppers to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook until fully browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well to combine.

Add the water and continue to cook until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Stir in the fresh basil leaves and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
