  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoons salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Step 4
Wrap each rack of ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until ribs are tender and the meat is pulling away from the bone.
