Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream and beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir in the vanilla extract.
