Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain, then crumble.

In the same skillet, cook the chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center. Remove and shred the chicken.

In a large bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, cream cheese, milk, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

Add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and half of the crumbled bacon to the bowl and stir until well combined.
