  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g fresh cranberries
  • 60 ml milk
  • 120 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 60 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the cranberries and orange zest until well mixed.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice, milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
Step 5
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Step 7
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 8
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
