  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 2
In a medium-sized pot, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
