  • 400 grams black beans
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 240 milliliters chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 800 grams diced tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 450 grams ground turkey
  • 400 grams kidney beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 425 grams pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the ground turkey to the pot, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, pumpkin puree, black beans, kidney beans, and chicken broth.

Add the chili powder, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
