  • 4 eggs
  • 5 ml ground cinnamon
  • 120 ml maple syrup
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 packages refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Open the cinnamon roll packages and cut each roll into quarters. Set the icing aside for later.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Add the quartered cinnamon rolls to the egg mixture, gently stirring to coat the pieces evenly.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Drizzle the maple syrup over the top of the mixture.
