  • 4 liters grape juice
  • 700 grams sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 packet yeast

Directions

Step 1
Clean and sanitize all equipment thoroughly before starting.
Step 2
Pour the grape juice into a large fermentation container.
Step 3
Dissolve the sugar in the water by heating it slightly, then let it cool to room temperature.

Add the sugar solution to the grape juice and mix well.
Step 5
Sprinkle the wine yeast over the surface of the juice mixture.

Cover the container with a clean cloth and secure it with a rubber band. Allow it to ferment in a warm, dark place for about a week.

After the initial fermentation, transfer the wine to a secondary fermentation container, leaving the sediment behind.
Step 8
Attach an airlock to the container and let it ferment for another 3-4 weeks.
Step 9
Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine into clean bottles, leaving the sediment behind.

Cork the bottles and let them age for at least 2-3 months before enjoying.
