Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Remove from heat and shred the chicken.
