  • 125 g butter
  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 3 tbsp golden syrup
  • 100 g mini marshmallows
  • 100 g mixed nuts

Directions

Step 1
Line a 20cm square baking tin with parchment paper.
Step 2
Melt the dark chocolate, butter, and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Step 3
Break the digestive biscuits into small pieces and add them to the melted chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Fold in the mini marshmallows and mixed nuts until evenly distributed.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread it out evenly.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Step 7
Once set, remove from the tin and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
