  • 150 grams cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tortillas

Directions

Step 1
Cut the beef sirloin, bacon, bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño into small, bite-sized pieces.

Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
