  • 1200 ml chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 800 grams hominy
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 900 grams pork shoulder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Place the pork shoulder cubes in the slow cooker.

Add the hominy, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Pour in the chicken broth.

Stir in the oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
