Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
