  • 3 bananas
  • 100 g butter
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
Step 3
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
Step 4
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Step 5
Mash the bananas and add them to the cream cheese mixture along with the eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
Step 7
Bake for 60 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and the top is slightly golden.
Step 8
Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
