  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 30 g flaxseed meal
  • 80 ml honey
  • 60 g mini chocolate chips
  • 120 g peanut butter
  • 120 g rolled oats
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and flaxseed meal.
Step 2
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Step 3
Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Step 4
Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
Step 6
Once firm, transfer the energy balls to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
