  • 225 grams angel hair pasta
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 450 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cups fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
