Armenian Manti are delicious dumplings filled with spiced meat, traditionally served with a garlic yogurt sauce. This recipe guides you through making these flavorful dumplings from scratch.

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and water. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

In another bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet. Cut into small squares, about 5 cm on each side.

Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each square. Pinch the corners together to seal the dumplings.
