  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cloves garlic for sauce
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 500 grams plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt for sauce
  • 120 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and water. Mix until a dough forms.
Step 2
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 4
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet. Cut into small squares, about 5 cm on each side.
Step 5
Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each square. Pinch the corners together to seal the dumplings.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 8

Step 9
Serve the manti hot, with the garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
