  • 60 g butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 10 g parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g shrimp

Directions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
Step 4
Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional minute.

Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
