Ingredients

  • 2 bags black tea
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g ice cubes
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g tapioca pearls
  • 500 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Boil 500 ml of water and steep the black tea bags for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
Step 2
Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions, usually by boiling them in water until they float and become translucent.
Step 3
In a pot, combine the coconut milk and sugar. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let cool.
Step 4
In a glass, add a portion of the cooked tapioca pearls.
Step 5
Pour the cooled black tea over the tapioca pearls.
Step 6
Add the sweetened coconut milk to the glass.
Step 7
Top with ice cubes and stir well before serving.
