  • 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic.

Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well coated.

Let the mushrooms marinate for at least 20 minutes.
