- 5 g italian seasoning
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 15 ml olive oil
- 20 pepperoni slices
- 1 pizza dough
- 120 ml pizza sauce

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangle shape.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Place the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.

Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
