Ingredients

  • 2 pieces carrots
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 30 g cilantro
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 3 pieces green onions
  • 15 ml honey
  • 200 g mixed salad greens
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 30 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 15 g sesame seeds
  • 60 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
Step 2
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let them cool, then slice thinly.
Step 4
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, cilantro, and green onions.
Step 5
Top the salad with the sliced chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 6
Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients evenly and serve immediately.
