Directions
Step 1
Place the beef bones in the Instant Pot.

Add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.

Pour in the apple cider vinegar.

Add bay leaves and peppercorns.

Fill the Instant Pot with water up to the maximum fill line, approximately 3.5 liters.
Step 6
Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Soup/Broth' setting for 120 minutes.
Step 7
Allow the pressure to release naturally after cooking.
Step 8
Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl.
Step 9
Let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating or freezing.
