  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 30 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 5 grams salt
  • 15 grams sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

Stir in the melted butter until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, spreading it out to form a thin pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
