  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 500 g chicken breast tenders
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 spray olive oil spray
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.

Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
