  • 100 grams butter
  • 800 grams cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for about 1 hour.
