Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 tortillas

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
Slice the chicken breasts, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl and toss to coat everything evenly with the seasoning mixture.
