  • 28 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 475 ml milk
  • 2 grams salt
  • 15 grams sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter, mixing well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth and well combined.
