  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 yellow squash
  • 2 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the red bell peppers, zucchinis, yellow squashes, and red onion into large chunks.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
